Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect orders, buyer's remorse, or any other non-defective product-related reasons.

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or arrives with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@shopnovatrends.com and provide clear photos showing the issue.

After reviewing and verifying the defect, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Approved refunds are typically processed within 10 business days, although processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
